PIGNOLETTO SUPERIORE

‘Pignoletto’ is an historical indigenous wine grape variety from Colli Bolognesi area, revalued with great appreciation in the last years. The low yield per hectare, the careful harvest with the modern winemaking techniques all contribute to this PIGNOLETTO wine, authorised by the severe regulation of Colli Bolognesi D.O.C. Wines Consortium to be appealed as SUPERIORE. Fresh breath, wide and fruity, with the scent of the golden apple, the pomegranate and, just lighter, the hazelnut and the almond. Dry, largo and harmonic taste.

PIGNOLETTO SPUMANTE "ALBA IN VIGNA" MILLESIMATO (méthode traditionnelle)

‘‘Pignoletto’ is an historical indigenous wine grape variety from Colli Bolognesi area, revalued with great appreciation in the last years. It is a sparkling (spumante) wine, made by the méthode traditionnelle with the natural fermentation in bottle. After the first fermentation in steel tanks under a controlled temperature of 18°C, the wine is bottled for the secondary fermentation and kept on the lees for six months at least before dégorgement. Refining in bottle for other 60 days.
The result is an excellent Pignoletto wine, with a fine pérlage and a nice balance between an elegant aroma and harmonious taste.

PIGNOLETTO FRIZZANTE

‘Pignoletto’ is an historical indigenous wine grape variety from Colli Bolognesi area, revalued with great appreciation in the last years. It is a semisparkling wine, made with the ‘charmat’ method which enhances the flavour through the ripe golden apple, the hazelnut and, just lighter, the almond or hawthorn flowers. Dry full taste, slightly aromatic.
